We always hear that people aren't moving enough. The message being: move more! What gets missed is that injuries, prolonged illness, and simply being inactive, such as by sitting for a living, makes us move poorly. Most of us need to first relearn to move well before we move substantially more, because if we move poorly while we exercise or are otherwise physically active, then we just reinforce poor movement and put ourselves at greater risk of injury.
